Around the Clock Dog Care was born from a simple belief: every dog deserves to be treated like family when their owners are away. Founded in 2014, we set out to create a dog care experience in Wollongong that felt nothing like a traditional kennel — and everything like a loving home.
Over the past decade, we have cared for thousands of dogs across the Illawarra region, building relationships not just with the dogs but with their families. We understand that leaving your dog is never easy, which is why we have built our entire service around trust, transparency, and genuine love for every animal in our care.
Our purpose-built 600sqm facility in Wollongong's Swan Street is designed specifically for dogs — climate-controlled indoor and outdoor spaces, carefully grouped activity areas, and a team that knows every dog by name. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated business, and that “fur family” philosophy runs through everything we do.
